Prva Best of USA BBQ radionica popunjena je u rekordnom roku, tako da otvaramo drugi termin kako nitko ne bi ostao zakinut (čitaj: gladan)!

Možda nisu izmislili BBQ, ali definitivno su zaslužni za njegov rast i razvoj. Vrijeme je da jednu BBQ radionicu u potpunosti posvetimo američkom načinu pripreme hrane na roštilju.

Iako u SAD-u postoji ogroman broj raznih BBQ stilova, 4 su se posebno istakla: Texas, Kansas City, Memphis and Carolina. Uostalom, sjećate se, radili smo BBQ radionice gdje smo ih uspoređivali. Ovaj put između njih neće biti natjecanja, a pridružit će im se Oklahoma sa svojim poznatim Onion Burgerom te Alabama s dimljenom piletinom i izvrsnim bijelim umakom.

We will prepare rebarca, pileće zabatke, cijelog odojka, a svečanost slavlja upotpunit će i Njegovo veličanstvo – Brisket. Govorit ćemo jako puno o BBQ natjecanjima te koliko smo ponosni da smo (za sada još uvijek) jedina ekipa iz Hrvatske koja nastupa na međunarodnim BBQ natjecanjima. Detaljno ćemo prikazati što je KCBS i kako se priprema meso za natjecanja na primjeru pilećih zabataka.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced cook, our BBQ workshops are tailored to all levels of knowledge and experience. We’re in 5h iznimnog gastronomskog užitka complemented by unlimited quantities of various Zmajska pivovara beers and wines from Dobra Berba. You’ll be able to participate in all the preparation steps, and everything we prepare, we’ll eat together. You’ll also have the chance to see and try the world’s best charcoal kettle grills gas grills, and the finest kamado grills, and mi ćemo neumorno odgovarati na sva vaša pitanja, pa i na ona koja niste ni znali da želite pitati.

Workshops are held regardless of weather conditions, but in case of extremely unfavorable forecasts, the workshop will be rescheduled to another date with the option of a refund for already purchased tickets.
