Go ahead – Steak My Day! Sjećamo se svi prve Steak my Day radionice na cesti ispred Zmajske pivovare prije 5-6 godina. Planirali smo 25 osoba, bilo vas je 40. Svaka sljedeća Steak My Day radionica bila je rasprodana, a naša ponuda jela i njihova priprema sve je zanimljivija i bogatija okusima uz najzahtjevnije i najzanimljivije načine pripreme hrane na roštilju. Na svakoj BBQ radionici prikazujemo sve načine pripreme hrane na roštilju uz pregled različitih tipova roštilja i njihove usporedbe.

2025. godinu otvaramo s najekskluzivnijom Steak My Day radionicom do sada. 6 jela koja nismo nikad pripremali na BBQ radionicama, a od kojih svako donosi jedan moderan zaokret – kako i naziv radionice kaže – na poznato jelo čija je baza vrhunski Steak. Tako ćemo pokazati koliko se daleko može otići kada se aroma dima dodaje u tatarski, a baza će mu biti upravo wagyu. Iako smo uvijek bili skloni raditi originalni Philly, sada ćemo napraviti njegovu modernu verziju uz streetfood trendove za 2025. godinu.

Afrička kuhinja je i ove godine u trendu pa ćemo sjajni Flank Steak iskoristiti za pripremu na čak tri načina. U ovom slijedu ćete osjetiti više začina nego ikad prije i cijelo bogatstvo okusa koje donosi afrički kontinent. Slijede nam najpoznatiji Steak koji se tradicionalno dimi u Texasu, a zatim i 28 dana dry age Txogitxu Steak i pogađate, oba ćemo napraviti uz nekoliko netipičnih iznenađenja. A na samom kraju, jelo za kraljice i kraljeve – Beef Wellington, ali na malo drugačiji – australski način. U potpunosti pripremljen na roštilju.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced cook, our BBQ workshops are tailored to all levels of knowledge and experience. We’re in 5h iznimnog gastronomskog užitka complemented by unlimited quantities of various Zmajska pivovara beers and wines from Dobra Berba. You’ll be able to participate in all the preparation steps, and everything we prepare, we’ll eat together. You’ll also have the chance to see and try the world’s best charcoal kettle grills gas grills, and the finest kamado grills, and mi ćemo neumorno odgovarati na sva vaša pitanja, pa i na ona koja niste ni znali da želite pitati.

Workshops are held regardless of weather conditions, but in case of extremely unfavorable forecasts, the workshop will be rescheduled to another date with the option of a refund for already purchased tickets.
