Ljeto dolazi i vrijeme je da ga pozdravimo s jednom “Steak My Day” BBQ radionicom na kojoj pečemo samo “The Best of The Best” komade mesa!

Ljeto je pred vratima, BBQ Hot Yard ekipa je u punom zamahu s eventima i BBQ natjecanjima, ali evo uspjeli smo iskopati jedan termin za sve vas koji nas neprestano zovete i pitate kada će biti sljedeća BBQ radionica. Nedjelja, 1.6. i tema koju zaslužujete – Steak My Day u svom najboljem izdanju – putujemo svijetom u potrazi za najboljom načinom pripreme najboljeg Steaka!

Od Južne Amerike i pripreme Steaka na velikim ražnjevima iznad otvorene vatre, do Azije i bogatih marinada Steakova, proći ćemo kroz najpopularnije rezove – Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, Picanha – sve ćete ih moći probati na ovom slavlju Steakova koje organiziramo za vas! Naravno, sve ćemo završiti sa luksuzom svih luksuza – japanskim A5 Wagyu Steakom.

Kako je ova radionica već duboko u razdoblju kada svi vikendom pripremaju roštilj, a uvjereni smo da mnogi od vas imaju i nove BBQ suputnike na svojim balkonima, terasama i u dvorištima, pokazat ćemo pripremu i na kamadu, kettle roštilju, plinskom roštilju, pa čak i u smokerima.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced cook, our BBQ workshops are tailored to all levels of knowledge and experience. We’re in 5h iznimnog gastronomskog užitka complemented by unlimited quantities of various Zmajska pivovara beers and wines from Dobra Berba. You’ll be able to participate in all the preparation steps, and everything we prepare, we’ll eat together. You’ll also have the chance to see and try the world’s best charcoal kettle grills gas grills, and the finest kamado grills, and mi ćemo neumorno odgovarati na sva vaša pitanja, pa i na ona koja niste ni znali da želite pitati.

Workshops are held regardless of weather conditions, but in case of extremely unfavorable forecasts, the workshop will be rescheduled to another date with the option of a refund for already purchased tickets.
