Shvatili smo – želite Steakove. Nakon rekordno brzo rasprodane Steak my Day BBQ radionice, odlučili smo odgovorite na brojne upite i organizirati još jednu! Zvijezda ostaje ista – japanski A5 Wagyu Ribeye, a uz Picanhu i Txogitxu, sada ćemo dodati Skirt Steak na korejski način, odrezak vrata slovenskog Krškopoljca i 150 dana Dry Aged Ribeye Steak! Rezervirajte svoje mjesto što prije!

Dok svi zajedno uživamo u pripremi i konzumaciji svih ovih Steakova, proći ćemo različite metode pripreme Steakova, Searing i Reverse Searing, suhe i mokre marinade, pečenje na tavi od lijevanog željeza i na ražnju. Razgovarat ćemo o razlikama između roštilja na plin i na ugljen, razlikama između briketa i ugljena te razlikama između Kamado i Kettle roštilja. Naučit ćemo kako pronaći neke od ovih Steakova u lokalnim mesnicama i otkriti sve tajne koje stoje iza najpoznatijih svjetskih farmi i uzgoja goveda. Svu hranu koju pripremamo zajedno ćemo pojesti, a za potpuni užitak tu je neograničena količina pive iz Zmajske pivovare.

Workshops are held regardless of weather conditions, but in case of extremely unfavorable forecasts, the workshop will be rescheduled to another date with the option of a refund for already purchased tickets.
