Volimo pomicati granice pripreme hrane na roštilju, ali ove subote ćemo otići skroz do ruba svemira i isprobati nešto što nikad nitko od vas nije isprobao, a niti itko koga poznajete. Isprobat ćemo najduže dry ageani Steak u Hrvatskoj ikada. Isprobat ćemo, u punom smislu riječi, jedinstveni 1000 dana dry aged Ribeye Steak.

Kako BBQ radionica ne bi bila samo o tome jednom Steaku, proći ćemo cijeli put koji smo mi prošli da bismo došli do ove točke i tih 1000 dana. Pokazat ćemo kako postaviti uvjete za zrenje mesa kod kuće, isprobati različite Steakove različitih perioda zrenja. Naravno, sve ćemo raditi na našim roštiljima, uz najpopularnije priloge i umake za Steakove. Pokazat ćemo različite metode pečenja i dimljenja, razlike između tipova roštilja, ugljena i briketa te mnogo govoriti o savršenom stupnju zapečenosti mesa i korištenju termometara.
